Haley has over 14 years of experience in global tax accounting and compliance reporting, including experience auditing income tax accruals for SEC registrants.

Her focus over the last 5+ years has been dedicated to tax process automation: assisting tax departments with the development of a risk-based approach to the global income tax reporting process, and maximizing the efficiency of these processes through the use of technology.  This allows for more time to be devoted to analytics and review, versus data manipulation and maintenance of spreadsheets.

Tax Performance Engineering involves a review of all aspects of the tax function: Process, Data, Software & Workforce. Haley’s tax technical knowledge and experience working in large, global tax departments, coupled with her knowledge of various technology solutions, has led to highly successful project results.
